๐ฆ Shipping Policy
We produce custom merchandise on demand. Hereโs what to expect:
- Production Time: Most orders ship within 2โ14 business days after proof approval, unless otherwise noted.
- Shipping Methods: We primarily ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Tracking information will be emailed once your order is on the way.
- Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout or invoiced depending on your order type. Bulk or special event orders may have separate freight estimates.
- Delivery Destinations: We ship across the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us before placing an order.
- PO Boxes: We can ship to PO Boxes via USPS.
๐ Return Policy
Because each item is custom-made, we generally do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or incorrect due to our error.
If your item arrives with a defect, misprint, or damage, please reach out within 7 days of delivery:

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:
- The product arrives damaged or significantly different from the approved proof.
- We are unable to fulfill your order due to a stock or production issue on our end.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5โ10 business days of approval.
โ Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled before proof approval at no charge.
Once proof is approved or production has begun, cancellations may not be possible, or may incur costs based on materials used.
